Четвёртая композиция альбома Islands. Альбом поделён на две части: на первой стороне - выдающийся инструментал The Wind Chimes, на второй - рок/поп-песни. North Point - это песня со второй стороны. Вокал исполнила известная норвежская певица Анита Хегерланд (Anita Hegerland), в то время являвшаяся подругой Олдфилда, от которого у неё появилось двое детей - Грета и Ной.
